Join acclaimed Philadelphia vocalist Chelsea Reed and her quartet for an evening of timeless music at the crossroads of jazz, blues, and Broadway. Featuring creative arrangements of beloved standards and rediscovered melodies, Reed’s warm, expressive voice brings fresh life to the rich traditions of 20th-century swing and blues.

Chelsea Reed is a jazz vocalist, arranger, composer, bandleader, and educator known for her deep connection to classic American song. She is the founder of the internationally touring dance orchestra Chelsea Reed and the Fair Weather Band, which has released five albums and performed for swing and blues audiences around the world. Their latest recording, Carolina Lullaby, highlights Reed’s original music rooted in jazz, blues, and folk traditions.

Reed performs in a variety of jazz settings throughout the region and teaches Jazz History and Performance at Temple University’s Boyer College of Music and Dance.
