Yes. Processing fees help support secure ticketing and the services provided by our Box Office.
There’s no dress code at Uptown—just come as you are. Some guests enjoy dressing up in business casual, while others feel more comfortable in jeans. Formal wear isn’t expected. We want you to feel at ease and enjoy the show!
The Box Office and bar open one hour before each performance, and theater doors open 30 minutes prior to showtime. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, traffic, drinks at the bar, and ticket pick-up if needed. If you plan to purchase tickets at the door, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins.
Please note: Late seating is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of management. You may need to wait for a suitable break in the performance.
Children ages 3 and up need their own ticket. Children under 2 may attend without a ticket if they sit on a lap.

To help everyone have the best possible experience, we ask all guests to keep the following in mind:
- No video or photography is permitted at any time inside the theater.

- Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the theater, including restrooms.
- Please see a volunteer or house manager for assistance in safely storing your walker, wheelchair or stroller during the performance.
- Keep conversation to a minimum during the show so everyone can enjoy the performance.
- Aisles must remain clear—please store coats and bags under your seat or on your lap.
- Our usher staff is here to help—if you need anything or feel uncomfortable at any time, please let the nearest usher know.
- No outside alcohol is permitted.
