Headliner: The Legendary Wid
THE LEGENDARY WID is one of the funniest people to ever come from New Jersey. Since his humble beginnings in Cranford, NJ THE LEGENDARY WID has become the undisputed Prince of Props and Puns! From his sold out shows at New York’s The Bottom Line and Rascals in New Jersey, to his frequent TV appearances, THE LEGENDARY WID has always been an audience favorite. WID uses props and puns to hilarious effect (his act is reminiscent of a 4 year old exploring a toy box and a kitchen cabinet at the same time). No two shows are ever the same! WID has hosted TV shows such as VH-1’s ‘Top 20 Countdown, and appeared on ‘Stand-Up Spotlight’. He has appeared on Make Me Laugh on Comedy Central and Comedy On The Road and Caroline’s Comedy Hour on A & E, The ABC Comedy Club Special and 30 Seconds To Fame, on FOX. WID also appears on the best selling DVD ..Laughing Out Loud – America’s Funniest Comedians (along with Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen Degeneres, Jeff Foxworthy, Ray Romano, Drew Carey and Jay Leno). He is also the subject of an award-winning documentary film entitled “WID” by Jason Ferraro and Brian Galla. It promises to be an unforgettable night of good old-fashioned FUN, so don’t miss THE LEGENDARY WID.
Host: Chris Coccia
Chris Coccia’s comedy is the perfect mix of hilarious material and in-the-moment engagement. He flows seamlessly between his act and improvised interaction with the crowd. Over 25 years performing full-time as a stand-up, Chris has honed his ability to engage with a crowd and entertain a variety of audiences. From late night shows in Vegas to early morning teambuilding breakfasts, Chris always leaves them laughing.
John Kensil
John Kensil began his comedy career as a joke writer for radio personalities, then wrote for Jay Leno and Joan Rivers. John had been entertaining audiences with his aptly titled “John Kensil Show”, a sarcastic takeoff on the old Dean Martin show, with John as hose and a cast of offbeat character comedians dropping in. Everything John talks about in his act is based in reality. From his girlfriend running off to become a professional Stevie Nicks impersonator in a Fleetwood Mac cover band, and leaving her kids and moms ashes with him, to growing up as one of seven Irish kids in a working class Philadelphia neighborhood.
Kirsten Michelle Cills
Kirsten Michelle Cills is a Philly-born, terminally ill comic known for her bold, dry demeanor and the oxygen tank that often accompanies her. Kirsten has opened for national headliners such as Tim Meadows, Judy Gold, Kim Congdon, Andrew Collin, Katherine Blanford, and more. Kirsten has headlined across the tri-state area, as well as headlining Laugh Boston earlier this year. When not correcting people’s pronunciation of her name or talking about the Eagles’ 2018 Super Bowl win, Kirsten is committed to her passion of joking about topics that we aren’t supposed to discuss at the dinner table. Go Birds.
