We would like to introduce you to a way to promote your company, while also helping bring professional theater, music, dance, comedy, film, and education to our community. Part of Uptown’s mission is to benefit businesses in the area by bringing people to downtown West Chester and by providing a venue that could be used to entertain customers and employees. Our sponsorship program was developed to also give businesses a chance to promote their company in Chester County while they support live performing arts and education.
- Sponsorship, $15,000. This includes our 50 Tributes concerts and our Legend Series, that will include artists such as John Oates. The fee can be paid in 12 installments of $1,250.
- Sponsorship, $10,000. This is an annual sponsorship: Jazz, Dance, Live Theater (“Nunsense” and “Tommy & Me” were both a success in 2023), and our school plays (we had six plays in 2023 that were often sell-outs). The fee can be paid in 12 installments of $833.33.
- Sponsorship, $5,000. This includes our Monday Movies program at a cost of $416.67.
Uptown will be promoting our sponsors via a variety of print, poster, social media, billboard, and in weekly emails to our 22,000 members. We hope to be part of your 2024 marketing plan. Please let us know if you would like to discuss any of these options.
