Effective Immediately (April 27, 2022), Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center will no longer require proof of vaccination, masks, or a negative COVID test to attend a performance or class at our venue.
Uptown! reserves the right to adjust this policy should conditions warrant, in line with evolving CDC recommendations or if mandated by union rules or policies. Rentals may still opt to enforce their own mitigation efforts despite the relaxation of our policies.

We are continuing our commitment to exemplary safety practices and have:
- Updated our HVAC system, which cleans and sanitizes the air on a continuous basis.
- Installed hand sanitizing stations throughout the building.
- Trained our employees on proper processes to comply with COVID protocols including sanitization of the theater before and after performances.
- Made free masks available to all patrons and guests.
