February 21, Doors open 5:30pm, Speaker at 6:30pm- Mike Huggins
Some might argue that Huggins is best known as “that CEO who went to prison,” but he consider his crowning achievement his ability to cut through the clutter and change his stars by living an authentic life. Tapping into yoga with a passion provided Huggins a vehicle for growth in the most unlikely place. It was a tangibl
e way to find comfort in an uncomfortable situation and enabled him to clearly see the best and worst of the human spirit. Most importantly, it gave him the opportunity to return to his core, to his true self, and follow the direction of his heart.
Mike Huggins shares the inspirational story of his journey from CEO to prison inmate, and how he drew on yoga and mindfulness to rebound and inspire thousands to discover their authentic selves. He is excited to host his first book signing at the Knauer Performing Arts Center! Tickets are $15 in advance and at the door. Lecture will last 40 minutes followed by a Q&A and book signing. Books will be available for purchase.
